Robert was raised by good parents and in a good home. But in his teen years he believed he was contacted by aliens. They tasked him with controlling the human population on earth, before they stepped in and wiped the existence of humans from the earth. When Robert told people about this interaction, they put him in an insane asylum. He has recently escaped and has built a place to research and conduct his grand plan of starting WWIII to control the population before the aliens do it for him. He believes that the aliens are helping him with his plan. You and your team have been tasked with stopping this from happening.
